Ayurvedic treatments like abdominal binding, warm oil massages, and practices for mental relaxation help to strengthen the body, ease discomfort, and ensure a smooth transition into motherhood.

Baby Care & Bonding

Ayurvedic baby care also encourages mindful practices for both parents, ensuring a calm, balanced start to family life. Focus is on creating a harmonious environment that promotes bonding between mother and baby, enhancing the infant’s comfort, immunity, and development while fostering a deep, loving connection. 

Postpartum Nutrition & Meal Planning

Focuses on nourishing the new mother’s body with warm, easily digestible, and nutrient-dense foods that support recovery, lactation, and energy levels. 

Restorative Body & Breathwork

Through gentle, hands-on techniques that help release tension, restore circulation, and balance the body’s energy. Breathwork is integrated to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
